The Montvale Free Public Library and the Borough of Montvale hereby grant permission to _______________________________________________________ for the purpose of exhibiting ________________________________________________

in the space provided for the same in the entrance foyer of the municipal complex or in the Library.

          Said exhibitor represents that the undersigned is the owner of the item(s) to be displayed and has full authority to execute the within release, and does further warrant that said undersigned shall hold harmless and indemnify the Borough of Montvale, The Montvale Free Public Library, their agents and employees, and The Montvale Free Public Library Board of Trustees against any claim of third parties arising out of the loss, damage, destruction of theft of the item(s) exhibited.

          Said exhibitor does further hereby release and discharge the Borough of Montvale, The Montvale Free Public Library, their agents and employees,  and The Montvale Free Public Library Board of Trustees from any and all liability for any loss, damage, destruction or theft that may occur to said exhibit, or any of the parts or items thereof, from any cause whatsoever during the time that said exhibit shall remain on display, and the said exhibitor does hereby assume the liability for any such loss, damage, destruction or theft of said exhibit.

          The exhibitor agrees to promptly remove the item(s) exhibited upon notification from the Borough of Montvale or The Montvale Free Public Library.
