Book Club Guidelines

(Reading Book Club Guidelines)

1. Books may be listed through Tuesday, August 18th.

2. Books that have a due date earlier than Monday, July 14, may not be listed.

3. Books to be listed must be on your reading level.

4. Books with yellow or pink spine labels may not be counted for readers going into grade 4 and up (unless your mom or dad says it's ok).

    5. Books checked out at another library may be listed if:
        A. The Montvale Library also owns the book.
        B. The book appears on the Montvale School's list of suggested reading.
        C. The book appears on the Montvale Library's suggested reading list.

6. Books read aloud by mom or dad or someone else may be enjoyed but not listed.

7. The last day to start a list is July 21.

8. In order to update your mobile or start your mobile the librarians must have your reading log. After listing the new titles read, please return your reading log to the main circulation desk.

= 10 Books

= 15 Books

= 20 Books

= 30 Books

= 40 Books

= 50 Books

= 60 Books

= 70 Books

= 80 Books

= 90 Books

= 100 Books

= 110

AFTER 110 BOOKS OTHER PIECES WIL BE ADDED.

Non-Reader's Book Club Guidelines

1. Books may be listed from Monday, June 23 - Friday, July 25.

2. Books that have a due date earlier than Monday, July 7 may not be listed.

3. The last day to start a list is Monday, July 14.

4. Take your reading log home with you and have your family list the titles that they read to you.

5. When you have listed five titles, bring your list in and someone at the children's desk will give you a picture for the number of books read.
